Our Story

Alma Pilates & Wellness Club was born out of a deep love for pilates and a desire to create a welcoming space for women to prioritize their health and well-being. Our studio is dedicated to offering Reformer & Hot Pilates classes, as well as a range of wellness services and resources to support your health journey. We are committed to providing a warm and inclusive environment where every individual feels empowered to improve their physical and mental wellness.

We offer a serene space for meditation, mindfulness, and emotional balance, along with state-of-the-art facilities such as a cold plunge and infrared sauna to enhance the overall wellness experience.
